Review your 3 day diet diary, medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, stress levels and nutritional assessment from Nutri-Body systems (online). I will work with you to create an easy to follow personalized nutrition guide that you will feel comfortable with and confident to implement into your daily life.
Your personalized nutrition guide will highlight which nutrient rich, whole foods, super foods, vitamins, minerals and herbs you should introduce into your life that are best suited for your specific dietary needs. Creating a more youthful, energized and vibrant body.
You will have 24 hours to email me with any questions or concerns to make sure the plan is clear and easy to follow.
